Kung Pao Chicken

I made this once before (about a year ago), so I had most of the ingredients (some slightly expired…)

This was good. I guess I was expecting TONS of flavor. It was tasty…just not blow your socks off tasty.

Maybe my taste buds are shot!

Got lazy and didn’t take an ingredients shot, but here is the finished dish. Next time I will add more chili peppers…

Once again, the chicken was so yummy. Stir-frying really seals in the juices.
